BUYING A HOME
Whether you are a first-time buyer or this is your second, third or fourth home, we will be there with you during the entire process as your buying agent. We will discuss what features you need and features you dream about for your next home, as well as what locations appeal to you. Some people want to live near where they work. Others want to be close to parks or in the city. We will listen to what is important to you. Determining a budget is another important piece of the home-buying puzzle. Once we have a good feel for the home you want, we jump into action. We look at homes every day and are informed of what is “coming soon” to market. We will be with you for all showings. When it’s time to present a purchase contract, we’ll guide you on what kind of offer to make to pique the interest of that home seller. Once you have an accepted contract, we don’t stop. We make sure all of the details happen right up to the closing table. You are in good hands from start to finish. And, we are licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. NEW CONSTRUCTION
If you prefer to build a new home, we are the team for you! What’s great about constructing a new home is, well, it’s all new. Starting with an empty lot, you can make all kinds of selections for your new home. We’ll be there to walk the home sites, review plans and make other important decisions. We also help with negotiations to get the best value from your new home purchase. If you decide to purchase a market (or spec) home that is already constructed, we can help you with negotiations to get the best value. (Remember, builders already have budgeted a real estate commission – you do not save money by negotiating on your own.) We will be on your side through the entire process as we have done time and time again through the years.

If you are moving out of the area to a new city, state or country, we can connect you to a top-notch real estate agent in your destination city.
