We will discuss what features you need and features you dream about for your next home, as well as what locations appeal to you. Some people want to live near where they work. Others want to be close to parks or in the city. We will listen to what is important to you. Determining a budget is another important piece of the home-buying puzzle.

Once we have a good feel for the home you want, we jump into action. We look at homes every day and are informed of what is “coming soon” to market. We will be with you for all showings. When it’s time to present a purchase contract, we’ll guide you on what kind of offer to make to pique the interest of that home seller. Once you have an accepted contract, we don’t stop. We make sure all of the details happen right up to the closing table.
